It really couldn't have gone better: Our other pair won their match 14-4, more than making up for our score the previous day. The highlight was when Will sent his ball flying across the pitch, intending just to land it near Tom's ball, but actually hit it spot-on at a distance of more than 20 yards! This allowed BNC to pull into the lead, and they carried the game from there. Well done, guys!
So Brasenose 2nd team is going to the next round! (triple-octos, in debater parlance)

Laura - you write beautifully :) Please will you write a beautiful book for young Christian women on beauty, godliness, friendship, sisterhood, study, discipline and love? I was going to write it myself, but it is clear that not only are you considerably more qualified than me, you baby Christian sister, but you would also write a considerably better book!
