Back in Oxford since the weekend, getting down to thesis research in good earnest. After all the teaching last term, it's nice to be able to focus on my assessed work. Spending lots of time in libraries.
Oxford is beautiful right now -- the lilacs are in full bloom and we've had lots of warm sunny days. Work is busy, but I'm glad not to have the pressure of exams this year. I feel a bit more able to appreciate my surroundings.
